In order to prepare our families and students for our upcoming 2021 K-2 MAP Growth assessment sessions in April, please see below regarding how K-2 MAP will take place this year for both virtual and in person students. Schedules are below with further information about what the MAP Growth Assessment is and what will be tested. Please note that all K-2 students are required by the state of Arkansas to test on campus for the Spring session. Grades 3-10 virtual students will still test in the online environment for their Spring session.

K-2 In Person Students
All students will test in their classrooms from 8:00-10:00 each scheduled day. Extra time is built in to accommodate for any technological or other issues that arise. Breaks will take place in between tests.

K-2 Virtual Students
Group 1 Arrival: Students will arrive on campus behind the school building between 8:00-8:10 and report to their designated testing location in either the Cafeteria or the Padded Gym.
Group 2 Arrival: Students will arrive on campus behind the school building between 10:00-10:10 and report to their designated testing location in either the Cafeteria or the Padded Gym.

Group 1 Departure: Students will depart from campus upon completion of the testing window between 9:45-10:00 behind the school building.
Group 2 Departure: Students will depart from campus upon completion of the testing window between 11:45-12:00 behind the school building.

Expectations: All students must arrive in uniform and be wearing a proper mask/face shield. All checked out Chromebooks from the school should accompany your child and be fully charged.

Lunch: Students will not be eating lunch on campus.

Makeups: Students who miss testing sessions will need to complete testing during a makeup session for their grade level. Makeup sessions will be scheduled by the school Building Test Coordinator and communication will be sent by the coordinator for scheduling a session(s).
