The 7-12 Open House will still be taking place next Tuesday from 3:00-5:00 with a few changes to the order of events.
The 7-12 Kickball Tournament will still be taking place after Open House from 5:00-6:30.
Kona Ice will still be availble during Open House and the Kickball Tournament!

Continued Covid-19 Practices
Face Coverings: Students and families are strongly encouraged to use a mask or face covering during Open House. Please refer to the recently released Safe Returns to School Covid-19 guidelines attached to this message.

Physical Distancing: In order to help prevent crowding, we ask that students and families continue to practice social distancing to the greatest extent possible inside the school buildings. Please refer to the recently released Safe Returns to School Covid-19 guidelines attached to this message.

New Student/Family Orientation
In order to help prevent crowding, we will be providing new student/familiy orientation information via ParentSquare next week. There will not be an orientation meeting taking place at Open House as originally planned.

Start and End Times
To help prevent crowding in the hallways and classrooms, we will be having split times by last name for Open House.
Last Names A-L: 3:00-4:00
Last Name M-Z: 4:00-5:00

Entry, Classroom Visits, and Lockers
Students and families will first visit the informational tent set up on the southeast corner of the K-8 building where you may pickup your schedule and recent testing data (MAP and ACT Aspire). Students will then follow their course schedule to visit their teachers and pick up a copy of their course sylalbi in both the K-8 and 9-12 buildings respectively. Lockers will be available during Open House for students to choose in their respective areas.

Students and families who are not able to attend Open House may acquire their course schedule on Home Access Center.

Kickball Tournament
To avoid the heat of the day, the Kickball Tournament will start at 5:00. Teams and walk-ons are welcome to register at 4:45. Participants and watching families are strongly encouraged to continue social distancing and the use of face coverings during the tournament. Families are welcome to bring lawn chairs to watch the games!
